All DECIDUOUS or EVERGREEN trees and shrubs purchased at retail value are subject to a 1-year limited guarantee from the date of purchase. The original invoice and stock must be returned for a satisfactory inspection and acceptance of claim. There is no guarantee for damages relating to weather conditions, animals, insects or neglect. ALL GUARANTEE CLAIMS WILL BE ISSUED AS STORE CREDIT FOR 50% OF THE PRICE PAID.
There is no guarantee for: perennials, annuals, tropical items, house plants or any wholesale purchases of nursery stock, or for any damage relating to weather conditions, animals, insects or neglect. Nursery stock or other select merchandise may be exchanged with 24 hours from the date of purchase only and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
